Which grades do you keep for sour-service flanges?
Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Hastelloy C-276, C-22, Monel 400 and Monel K-500 to ASTM B564, with API 6A and NACE MR0175 qualification for subsea manifolds, wellhead piping and pressure vessel nozzles.
How is flange material certified?
Each flange ships with a mill test certificate traceable to the heat plus a PMI report; hydrostatic pressure-test documents and third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment.
