MP35N and its low-inclusion variant 35NLT to ASTM F562 / ISO 5832-6 (AMS 5844) for orthopedic implant components and spinal fixation rods; L605 to ASTM F90 (UNS R30605) for dental abutments and screws. 35NLT is preferred for fatigue-sensitive implant applications.
What do you supply for cardiovascular guidewires and stents?
Fine-drawn MP35N and 35NLT wire with tight diameter tolerance for guidewires and stent components, plus L605 strip and tube to ASTM F90 / AMS 5537 / AMS 5759 for instrument and device manufacture.
Can you certify chemistry to the ASTM F562 composition limits?
Yes. Mill test certificates per heat show Ni 33.0–37.0%, Cr 19.0–21.0%, Mo 9.0–10.5%, balance cobalt, with Fe ≤1.0% and C ≤0.025% per ASTM F562 for MP35N and 35NLT.
